FAQ

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Please take a moment to read the following information about loading a roll off dumpster. These polices help us provide the most efficient, hassle-free, and economic service to you. To avoid additional charges, please adhere to these rules and contact us if you should have any questions or concerns.

IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?

Yes. The maximum amount you can put in the dumpster is 10,000 lbs (5 tons) total. If you are loading heavy material such as dirt, rock, concrete, brick, sod, shingles, or asphalt please contact us for loading instructions.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We offer dumpster rental service for Robertson County, Texas and the surrounding areas.   Please call us to see if we can service your area.

CAN I FILL THE CONTAINER TO THE TOP?

All materials must be inside the container and can not be over the rim. By law we are required to tarp each load for transport. Heavy materials such as dirt, rock, concrete, brick, sod, metal, or asphalt should be filled no more than 3/4 of the container. All materials that exceed the top of container must be removed. We cannot pick up a container that is over full. You will be responsible for removing the excess material and a $100.00 return trip fee will be charged to return and pick-up the container.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE CONTAINER?

We offer rental periods for 2, 10, and 30 days. For longer term jobs please contact us for special pricing.

WILL THE CONTAINER BE PICKED UP AUTOMATICALLY?

No, please contact us when the container is ready for pick-up and provide at least a 24 hours notice.

CAN I MOVE THE CONTAINER?

No please do not attempt to move the container. We will work with you to place the container in a convenient and safe location.  You may not move the container. Moving containers may cause damage. If damage occurs, you are responsible for the cost of repair. We do expect normal wear and tear.

As a renter you are responsible for the contents of the container and any damage (other than normal wear and tear) that occurs to our container while on your site. We hope this answers any questions you may have. We will be more than happy to help you with your specific needs.
